- Qualifications Required for Bidders:
- Good track record
- A valid contracting license in the road and transportation sector with a minimum rating of 2 from the Planning and Budget Organization
- Experience, knowledge, and technical and execution capabilities in road construction and civil engineering works
- Financial capacity and equipment commensurate with the scope of work
- Submission of a valid bid bond

- Bidders can obtain tender documents from the tenderer’s address from 8:00 AM on September 25, 2024, until the end of business hours on October 2, 2024, upon presentation of an introduction letter. - Bidders must complete and submit the evaluation documents and tender documents (each in a separate envelope and in a single package) by post or in person to the tenderer’s address by 12:00 noon on October 24, 2024, and obtain a receipt. Bids received after the aforementioned date will not be considered.
The last date for site visits and submitting questions and inquiries by bidders is October 8, 2024. The last date for the tenderer to respond to questions and inquiries is October 12, 2024.
- Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on October 28, 2024, at the employer’s office. The presence of company representatives at the opening session with a valid introduction letter is permitted.
- In the process of opening bids and selecting the contractor, at the discretion of the employer, each bidder will only be able to win and enter into a contract for one project, and bidders, by signing the tender documents, waive any right to appeal in this regard.
