In this regard, at the beginning of each year, during joint meetings with the production department and other related departments, the amount of need for each year is predicted and a plan is drawn up to supply it. For this purpose, and according to the raw material supply planning at the beginning of 1402, the realization of the supply of iron ore lump, bentonite and caustic soda, needed with the change of production plan and in accordance with the company’s need, 100% of the plan was realized.

Momeni said: The total number of material codes that have reached the purchase department from different sections of the organization has been 7822 cases, of which 6752 cases have been converted into purchase orders and 5646 cases have been issued warehouse receipts.

Also, in the section of communication with suppliers and their evaluation, the information and documents of the applicant companies have been reviewed and among them, those companies that had a suitable potential for supplying the company’s needed goods were selected and coordination meetings were also held.
