According to the Public Relations Department of SSMIC, the company was honored with a four-star recognition at the 22nd Organizational Excellence Award Ceremony. This significant achievement is the result of a year of continuous effort by the company’s employees and managers in improving processes, increasing efficiency, and implementing development programs.

Morteza Sadeghi, the company’s Organizational Excellence Manager, stated: “Over the past year, Sangan-Khorasan Steel Mining Industries Company (SSMIC) has enhanced its organizational performance by implementing improvement projects derived from self-assessments and adopting modern management systems.”

He further explained that in Dey of this year, after a three-day evaluation conducted by assessors from the Industrial Management Organization, the company’s performance was thoroughly reviewed. As a result, Sangan-Khorasan Steel Mining Industries Company (SSMIC) advanced one level higher compared to the previous period and achieved the four-star Organizational Excellence Recognition.
