Holding the 2025 Organizational Excellence Self-Assessment Session at SSMIC
According to the Public Relations Department of SSMIC, the 2025 Organizational Excellence Self-Assessment session was held with the participation of deputies, managers, heads of departments, and experts. In the opening ceremony, Ali Rasoulian, CEO of SSMIC, emphasized the company’s commitment to continuous excellence, stating: “An organization advances when the performance of individuals and units is connected to the excellence system, enabling clear analysis of results and defining paths for improvement. By streamlining processes, we must avoid administrative bureaucracy that reduces productivity.”
He highlighted the importance of continuous monitoring of projects and indicators, stressing that before initiating any project, its efficiency and impact on quality and organizational productivity must be carefully evaluated to prevent unnecessary costs.
Emphasis on Digitalization and Smart Systems
Rasoulian added: “Digitalization is now a necessity across all domains, and leading companies are moving toward smart systems. Large economic enterprises must adapt to modern advancements and align with up-to-date technologies.” He noted that technology alone is not a miracle; it must be localized and tailored to organizational conditions to deliver real improvements.
Unveiling of New Systems and Sustainability Report
On the sidelines of the event, several projects and systems were unveiled, including:
- Augmented Reality (AR) system for digital transformation, aimed at reducing maintenance and repair time in SSMIC plants
- Graph process management system
- Business intelligence system
- Strategic management system
Additionally, the company’s 2025 Sustainability Report, titled “Melody of Sustainability”, was presented in the presence of senior managers. A sustainability commitment charter was also signed by the CEO, deputies, and other senior executives, reaffirming SSMIC’s dedication to sustainable growth and organizational excellence.
