Nowadays, with the increasing growth of industry and technology, most mining companies and steel industry have realized the role of different management systems in guiding and integrating activities and work process.

Management systems can evaluate activities, products, and services from various perspectives, focusing on one or more organizational dimensions while prioritizing stakeholder satisfaction.

These groups may include customers, employees, owners and shareholders, suppliers, vendors, contractors, the community, independent groups, the government, and others.

If the company decides to consider the satisfaction of all groups, it must pay attention to its activities from different aspects, and this itself requires the establishment of different management systems in the organization.

The main management systems that SMIC has implemented include:
