As reported by the public relations reporter, the audit meeting and the conformity of systems with quality management standards were held, and in the inaugural ceremony of this event, Morteza Sadeghi, the director of industrial engineering and organizational excellence of Sangan Khorasan Steel Mining Industries Company, while welcoming the deputies, managers, and also the audit team present at the meeting, said: Sangan Khorasan Steel Mining Industries Company is one of the leading and dynamic companies in various fields, including organizational excellence, and given the importance and value of moving forward and increasing in the organization, the necessary evaluations are conducted annually.

He referred to the purpose of this audit and said:

The purpose of holding these meetings is to audit and align the processes and existing systems in the organization with management standards (IMS): ISO 9001:2015 – ISO 14001:2015 – ISO 45001:2018 and also the first round audit for issuing certificates of standards 10015, 10002, 10004.

Sadeghi, while appreciating the effective presence of deputies, managers, heads, and other colleagues in the audit process, said:

The areas under audit for the renewal of the ISO 9001 certificate include all organizational units and specifically environmental issues in ISO 14001, safety and health in ISO 45001, training and development of human resources in ISO10015:2019, customer satisfaction management and handling complaints in ISO10002 and ISO10004 will be assessed for three days.

The Director of Industrial Engineering and Organizational Excellence of SMIC, referring to the role of evaluations and audits in increasing productivity and empowerment of employees, said:

The establishment of management standards and presence in excellence awards lead to meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders, systematizing processes, and also creating a systemic attitude among employees, which results in increased stakeholder satisfaction, profitability, and business continuity.

Later in this meeting, Alireza Aminian, the head auditor of DQS, while expressing his pleasure to be present in Sangan Khorasan Steel Mining Industries Company, stated:

Our audit team is present in SMIC for the third year and God willing, with conducting surveillance audits in the field of integrated management system and standard in the fields of customer and training, we have it on our agenda and we hope to witness an effective evaluation in these three days.

It should be noted that this audit is being held for three consecutive days and SMIC was successful in renewing the mentioned certificates last year and it is hoped that with the growing and dynamic trend created in this company, we will consider an increase in capabilities in various work areas.
