As Ramadan comes to an end, the infinite grace and mercy of the Creator reaches its zenith for the faithful. After a month of worship, servitude, and service to the Creator and His creations, the arrival of Shawwal fills the earthly and celestial realms with joy and celebration, marking such a blessed day and an auspicious Eid. Eid al-Fitr is a day of devotion, sincerity, forgiveness, and divine mercy opening its doors to the servants of God. While we lament the passing of Ramadan’s opportunity for worship, we rejoice in the emergence of Shawwal. News has arrived from the Throne: Farewell to Ramadan! The Eid message comes to friends: Blessed Eid!

What a meaningful day to extend our hands in supplication to His sacred domain and to praise and glorify Him—though what can words or tongues express that fulfills the duty of gratitude? In this glorious, heavenly Eid, let us also warmly embrace the hands of the needy with kindness.

I wish for the acceptance of your prayers and acts of worship, and extend my congratulations on this blessed Eid to all believers, especially to my dear colleagues, their esteemed families, and the Muslim community of our nation. I ask God Almighty to grant health and prosperity to all our fellow countrymen.
