According to the Public Relations report, the strategy monitoring meeting of Sangan Steel Mining Industries Company (SSMIC) was held with the attendance of Ali Rasoulian, CEO, deputies, managers of various units, and a number of experts.

At the beginning of this meeting, Morteza Sadeghi, Manager of the Organizational Excellence Unit, while presenting a report on the strategy document and the achievement of the company’s goals, said: In order to precisely and regularly monitor performance and achieve the program’s objectives, monitoring meetings are held on a monthly basis so that, by examining the company’s conditions, improvement actions and projects can be redefined if necessary.

It is noteworthy that in this session, the performance of various departments of the company in line with the realization of strategic plans was examined, and solutions for continuous improvement of processes and enhancement of productivity were presented. At the end, Ali Rasoulian appreciated the efforts of all employees on the path of growth and excellence of Sangan Steel Mining Industries Company (SSMIC).
